Taking Time to Quiet our Minds

I don’t know about you, but my love for technology sometimes results in an overload of inputs. I have also discovered that in order to be creative, my mind needs periods of rest.

Enter – meditation. A simple technique to still your mind and the thoughts that ricochet off the walls of your brain all day long. Many people have trouble with meditation, but like any new activity, your skills improve with practice.
