After watching many different rowing techniques at the gym, I looked for a “how-to” video on YouTube. This 6-minute video explains the proper rowing technique to engage the larger core muscle group to maximize efficiency and ease. Next time you are working out, notice if you are holding tension in muscles unnecessarily. Movement is meant to be effortless. We are well-designed machines; work with the technology – not against it.
