We made it to Day Two!
For today, I have chosen a morning yoga sequence from Yoga by Candace. This 15-minute sequence has a nice mix of stretching and strengthening. Her instructions are easy to follow and allow you to wake up your joints. If you like this sequence, you might want to check out her website and YouTube channel for more information.
For me, this morning I noticed tightness in my shoulders and imbalance between the left and right sides of my body. Hopefully, this will improve. I do a lot of walking on a daily basis but somewhere along the way, stopped a daily yoga/stretching practice.
Science tells us that it takes 66 days for new behaviour to become a habit, so once we have gone through this 30-day challenge, we will start all over again at Day One.
