Day Four: 30 Day Fitness Challenge

I was feeling a little tired this morning but still wanted to do something, so I completed this 15-minutes Qi Gong series. Years ago,  I attended a Qi Gong class and loved it. It is a great way to move energy and clear energy. I am quite sensitive to energy from my previous work as a spa therapist and Reiki training, so it was interesting to feel the difference in how I felt at the end of the 15 minutes.
