Day Eight: 30 Day Fitness Challenge

Happy Monday! I didn’t have a lot of time this morning, so I chose this fun, beginner Zumba video on Movee’s YouTube channel. You can do it several times to increase the time commitment or add some yoga at the end.

You might want to view the video first before doing it, so you know what to expect. On the other hand  – this is for us so it doesn’t matter if arms and legs are flailing in unsyncopated rhythm. Have fun!
