Day 19: 30 Day Fitness Challenge

No fitness routine would be complete without including a Rodney Yee yoga workout. This 16-minutes video helps build strength through yoga. I certainly am not as graceful as Rodney, but I am here on my mat doing the work.

He does not provide a lot of information about how to do the poses properly, but rather guides you through the sequence at a steady pace. If you are unsure of how to do the poses correctly, you might want to repeat one of the videos from earlier this week. I also like Rodney Yee’s AM/PM Yoga video which is available on DVD. Check out his website for information about yoga retreats, books and videos.
