Day 16: 30 Day Fitness Challenge

Alright, you’ll have to trust me on this video from LiveStrongWoman’s YouTube channel for today. The introduction was a bit off-putting, but the lower body exercises were worth it. This six-minute video takes you through one rep of lower body exercises. I suggest completing two more reps followed by some all-over yoga stretches that we have learned in previous days.  Actually, I think combining Day 15 and Day 16 would make a nice morning workout.

It is amazing how much stronger and confident you feel overall when your core muscles are strong. Let’s get moving.
