This 10-minutes video by Fitness Blender focuses on the arms, back and shoulders using nothing but the resistance of your own body weight. The goal is to repeat this sequence of seven upper body exercises, three times for a total of 30 minutes.
This sequence does not require any equipment except for a mat in order to do the tricep pushups, so would be a good sequence for me to do on the boat as well. Exercise does not have to be elaborate, it just has to happen every day. I finished up with some all-over body yoga stretches. Let’s get moving.
